The scary truth about your shrinking brain
Scientists have discovered that a withering of brain tissue underlies most cases of memory loss… plus a new way you can stop, even reverse this “shrinking brain syndrome.”
Why are you starting to “lose it” just when you’re entering your prime of life and possess decades of hard-won wisdom?
It’s because your brain is gradually shrinking!
And the older you get, the faster it shrinks.
Research shows your brain shrinks by as much as 8.2% a year from age 45 through age 70. Even a normal, healthy brain shrinks by 3.8% a year on average during this timeframe.
That may not seem like a lot, but add it up over a decade and you’re looking at losing at least a third or more of your brain!
Just a small amount of brain shrinkage can make it difficult if not impossible to recall someone’s name, learn new information, stay focused on a task, or juggle multiple tasks at once.
But what if you could restore your memory and thinking to “young again” levels?
If you could only feel as sharp and on top of things as you did when you were younger!
The good news is, thanks to a Nobel-Prize winning discovery, it’s now possible to get back the fresh, youthful brain you had when you were in your 20s.

If you’re concerned about normal, age-related problems with your memory, alertness, and focus, you will be shocked to learn there’s a common cause behind your declining memory and brainpower.
I read the article and found what was said very informative. I am 69 years old and have a bit of a short term memory loss. However, my recall is excellent. I took myself off of psychotropic medication in 2009 and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. I have had some other issues with that but I take no prescription medications and haven’t for that length of time.
My main problems is stress related and I am going to consider getting a supplement that is supported by this website. I do well but I need some fine tuning help myself be where I want to be for my health/ .
