#1 cause of flab and diabetes…
I just got finished reading a remarkable article published in the New York Times that reviewed the details of an astounding study that was recently published.
This study, for the first time ever, conclusively pinpointed the #1 cause of type 2 diabetes and by extension, excess, stubborn weight
They did, however, miss one incredibly important detail about the type of food you eat, which I’ll explain in a second, but first, let’s get to the good stuff that they DID get right.
The study showed that the link between this #1 cause of type 2 diabetes and by extension, extra, stubborn flab, was just as strong as the link between cigarettes and lung cancer.
So what is this #1 cause of type 2 diabetes and linked disease?
Sugar – plain and simple.
Shocked? I didn’t think so.
But what WAS shocking is what this column goes on to say:
“All calories give off the same amount of energy when burned, but your body treats sugar calories differently, and that difference is damaging.”
FINALLY — someone from the mainstream media acknowledging what we’ve known for years, which is that not all calories are created equal… and that THE most devastating waist-expanding, artery-clogging, diabetes-causing calories you can consume comes from sugar.
HOWEVER, this study and this article miss one incredibly important detail.
It’s not just plain old sugar itself that triggers your body to accumulate excess fat and causes type 2 diabetes –it’s also all of the foods that our bodies quickly turn INTO sugar that does the SAME thing.
These are foods that most of us eat EVERY DAY – foods that we THOUGHT were healthy, but in fact are absolutely LOADED with sugar in various forms.
It’s these hidden forms of sugar that you must absolutely avoid at all costs — they completely shut down your body’s primary fat burning hormone while FORCING your body’s primary fat storage hormone to overact, causing layer upon layer of unwanted fat to accumulate.
Fortunately, I recently came across a fantastic explanation by a world-renowned nutritionist in which he outlines all of these hidden forms of sugar – and exactly how you can avoid them.
==> NEVER Eat These 2 Foods to Avoid Excess Flab and Type 2 Diabetes…
This is really a fantastic explanation and I highly recommend you go see it right now as I am not sure how long it will be up for.
That’s it for today – just wanted to make sure you saw this – enjoy.
P.S. He also explains exactly what type of foods you should eat instead (and gives you 5 delicious examples) to help fire up your metabolism and start chipping away, day by day, any excess fat that may have accumulated over the years:

Hello Customers:
I wrote this company about their cure for diabetes, I wanted to know if it was the real deal, why it was not OK by the FDA? I got back a message saying “the language in your message is not allowed in our forum”. So I don’t know if they will show my letter to them as they seem to be against clear cut honesty without bad language. But I will try to show you what I said and you decide, did I use any words that would be unsuitable for the net? If so then we are really in trouble, when an opinion, or question is considered too risque for this site to answer a question. Maybe their cures work maybe they don’t but I do not think an honest question should cause them to hide behind something a person ask because they want to know if the company is being truthful about their product, if this is the case, are they really being honest about what they are selling, what do they have to hide?
Thank you for your patience Raynee K. AZ
The Following is the letter I wrote to this Company;
Hello, I just wanted to say that I’ve tried all kinds of so called remedies, none have worked. Everything sounds really good here however what I need to know is why should I pay anything if your items are not OK by the FDA? Isn’t that dangerous for those of us who have diabetes? I’m interested in your product, but I’m not interested in another get rich scheme that some guy thought up, a guy that does not care about the lives of people who can die from a disease that takes many lives each year, especially the lives of Children. So I’m writing because I need maybe a little more information then what I hear from a guy that I have heard on many other sales audios. As I said as a person with pre-diabetes I am interested in your product, but I need to know more about it’s success not from an ecommercial, but from people or Drs (real ones) that can tell me more about it. IF your “plan” is the real deal then you shouldn’t have a problem either emailing me with the information I’m asking for, if not well I guess your just another sales talk commercial which I will be sure to tell my friends to stay away from as well as my Doctor, people like myself cannot afford our lives to be threatened by fly by night cures. Thank you for hearing me out, I hope to hear from you with your honest opinion about what your selling. Sincerely Raynee AZ
PS; I sent this and received a message afterwards that said “that kind of language is not accepted on this site” I’d like to know what kind of language that is? Is honesty now an unexceptionable language? If so then I suppose I got the answer to my question.
