Does the thought of detoxing appeal to you? I admit, I’m intrigued by the concept and the potential health benefits. Weight loss! Detoxification! Better skin! Feelings of inner bliss! But, unfortunately, the claims aren’t all true and many detox diets come with risks to your health, say some experts.
