Here’s an excellent video from Dr. Fuhrman, talking about what specific foods we should focus on. He gives a list towards the end of the video that will be good for you to follow if you’re looking to eat healthy and improve your overall wellness.

I think he’s a vegan (doesn’t eat any animal products), which I’m not an advocate for… but if you get the majority of your calories from the foods on this list, you’ll be doing a LOT to help improve your health:
