SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota (October 28, 2013) – Barton Publishing has earned the prestigious Silver status in the Golden Bridge Awards for their customer satisfaction program. The coveted annual Golden Bridge Awards program encompasses the world’s best in organizational performance, innovations, products and services, executives and management teams, women in business and the professions, innovations, case studies, product management, public relations and marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction programs from every major industry in the world. To ensure its clients receive professional, expert customer service, Barton Publishing, in partnership with 3C Contact Services, increased its customer service representation by 60 percent, allowing Barton Publishing to decrease its email response time from three business days to one business day. The addition of a dedicated Manager of Training and Development, working in conjunction with Barton Publishing’s Operations Manager, allowed customer service associates to become well-educated on Barton Publishing remedies and products. After the new manager was hired, Barton Publishing saw its telephone service level averages increase to 82 percent. One of the most notable achievements for 2012-2013 was improving overall quality assurance scores by 25 percent, earning a world-class quality assurance rating.

More than 40 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2013 Golden Bridge Business Awards winners. The winners were honored during the awards dinner and presentation on September 30, 2013 in San Francisco attended by the finalists, industry leaders, and judges.
