The one true worry I get about living an organic lifestyle is the cost. Is organic worth the price tag? Non-organic food often contains cancer-causing hormones, immunity destroying antibiotics and dangerous pesticides, designed to poison and kill. So when given the choice, I don’t know why anyone could logically buy food with poison sprayed on it, causing a host of problems, incuding cancer, infertility, nausea, diarrhea, allergies and asthma, ADHD, birth defects and more. That’s why buying quality organic food and eating the most nutritious foods on the planet will save you BIG BUCKS down the road in medical costs, prescription drugs and doctor visits…Like the saying goes, “We can either pay the farmer or we can pay the hospital.” It is totally up to you.

Spirituality: The New-Old Superfood
What fascinates me is how the concept of a superfood has evolved, how so many of the superfoods of yesteryear were actually a bit dumb and how the use of superfoods takes on a different meaning and flavor with each decade. I have come up with this humble list of 1 unexpected superfoods that in my opinion, keeps on giving. I believe this superfood is superior, here to stay, proven, and suitable for pretty much every metabolic type, every blood type and even most taste buds. I love the concept called “Superfoods.” Who wouldn’t want to eat such an awesome sounding grocery item? This term was coined relatively recently to bring some respect and superhero status to a wide variety of foods. The greatness of honoring a superfood is due to its intense nutrient density and its potential health giving or health protective effects. We’ll all just be eating high anti-oxidant, nutrient dense raw delicious dark chocolate and smiling our way into the future.
