Saying Goodbye to my Mother, Grandma Barton
First of all, I’d like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at Team Barton!
This Christmas is bittersweet for me and my family, as my mother passed away earlier this month after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in February 2009, and she battled for nearly 6 years. We used as many alternative and natural healing remedies as we could to extend her life. She was actually feeling pretty good for nearly 5 years since her diagnosis, up until February of this year. Since then it as been a hard road, with much pain and suffering.
I’d like to share with you a memorial web page that we put together in her honor. She meant so much to me, and without her constant prayers and guiding influence in my life, there would’ve never been a Barton Publishing. Click here to visit Mom’s page. I know she is resting in peace now, dancing on streets of gold, with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We are still mourning her loss and miss her dearly, but it is comforting to know she is no longer suffering.
