  • Making Exercise Fun Again

    If exercise isn’t fun, then it won’t work to do it!

    It is surprising to me how many people I come across that are

    motivated to get into shape and improve their health, but don’t like to workout!  Motivation is great, but enjoyment is better!  By finding ways to workout that you enjoy, you are more likely to stick with your exercise goals rather than quitting after a short stint at whatever.

    Exercise… getting in shape… working out…whatever you want to call it, is something most of us avoid.  This includes myself.  The reality?
