It’s sad but true, most people still struggle with their weight and their growing bellies because of one simple reason:  They don’t know what to eat for breakfast!

What you consume upon rising can set you up for a day of belly flattening nutrition, or a total fat-packing disaster.  So, to set you straight, you’ll want to choose foods that help control these 3 hormones:

Insulin, Cortisol & Adrenaline.

By controlling these hormones with the food you eat in the morning, you’ll enjoy a much easier day of healthy, fat burning nutrition… without most of the terrible cravings and hunger pangs that come just an hour or two after the typical breakfast.

  • 2-3 whole eggs
  • 1 sprouted grain english muffin or 1 slice toast (I prefer Food For Life brand)
  • 1-2 tomato slices
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or grass fed butter

Simply cook the eggs in your favorite style, add the coconut oil/butter and tomato slices to the muffin or toast.  Or you can throw the eggs right on top for a super healthy fat burning sandwich.

Why does this work so well?

First, you’re eating the entire egg, not just the whites, which means you’re getting all of the ri

rients in the egg instead of just the protein, and you’ll be satisfied far longer because of it.  Forget about eggs being bad for your health, that’s simply not true.

And second, you’re eating sprouted grain instead of whole wheat or other breads.  Sprouted grain bread is really nutritionally nothing like bread at all, being far superior for your health and staying lean while avoiding the problems that come with too much wheat consumption.  That’s a whole other article, lol.

Now, eating healthier foods is usually the way to go for fat loss, but that’s why I was so astonished by this unusual story of an overweight and out-of-shape woman who dropped 59 lbs of flab, 8 dress sizes and now looks and feels years younger…
